This qualification replaces the BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Training. It is a nationally recognised qualification for anyone who is operating in a training and/or an assessing capacity within their organisation.

Description
TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment replaces the BSZ50198 Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems. The focus of the Diploma is on the development of advanced skills and knowledge essential for the design, development, management and evaluation of training and assessments systems.
How will you benefit?
- Current holders of the BSZ50198 Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems or those with other relevant qualifications who seek to upgrade their qualifications to the new TAA50104. Candidates who have BSZ50198 provided they are still current in training and assessment will be credited with five units, two core and three electives.
- VET professionals such as workplace or RTO based trainers and assessors requiring advanced skills/knowledge.
- New training managers or human resource personnel who are responsible for the design, development and monitoring of training and/or assessment systems.
- Individuals who are setting up or managing training and assessment systems.
